Withdrawal of application
130 Withdrawal of application
(1) An application or objection in relation to the grant, renewal, transfer or
cancellation of an authority may be withdrawn by means of a notice of
withdrawal signed by the applicant or objector and lodged with the Secretary
and ceases to have effect when the notice is lodged.
(2) The withdrawal of an
application or objection under this section is irrevocable.
