Authority to have effect until application dealt with
117 Authority to have effect until application dealt with
(1) If an application for the renewal of an authority is not finally dealt
with before the date on which the authority would otherwise cease to have
effect, the authority continues to have effect, in relation only to the land
to which the application relates, until the application is finally disposed
of.
