Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act
or with any order directing a mortgagee or mortgagor to vacate the mortgaged
property or with any order made pursuant to section thirteen or section 13A or
section 13B of this Act shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and
shall be liable upon summary conviction to a penalty not exceeding two hundred
dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both
such penalty and imprisonment.
