Protection of trustees in respect of consents

38 Protection of trustees in respect of consents

A personal representative of a deceased person, or a trustee, shall not be deemed guilty of any breach of trust or breach of duty by reason only of the fact that:

(a) he gives any consent under section six or section fourteen of this Act,
(b) he has given any consent under section ten of the Moratorium Act 1930 , or under that section as amended by the Moratorium (Amendment) Act 1931 .
