MORATORIUM ACT 1932 - SECT 32

32 Registration of orders

(1) Any order made on any application under the provisions of Division 1 of this Part of this Act may be registered in the office of the Registrar-General in the manner prescribed by regulations under the Conveyancing Act 1919-1930 .

(2) No such order shall as against a purchaser be invalidated on the ground of want of jurisdiction or want of any party, concurrence, consent, notice, or service, whether the purchaser has notice of any such want or not.
