Where a mortgage for a specific amount provides for the payment of the
principal sum on demand, and a demand had not at the commencement of the
Moratorium Act 1930 , been made, the principal sum shall for the purpose only
of this Part of this Act be deemed to be payable immediately after the
commencement of the first-mentioned Act.
