Repeals and refunds
81 Repeals and refunds
(1) The Acts specified in Schedule 1, and to the extent to which they have not
been already repealed, are hereby repealed.
(3) Any person who has paid land
tax pursuant to any of the Acts specified in Schedule 1 in respect of the year
that commenced on the first day of January one thousand nine hundred and
fifty-six shall be refunded an amount equal to one-sixth of the land tax so
paid by the person.
