LONG SERVICE LEAVE (METALLIFEROUS MINING INDUSTRY) ACT 1963 - SECT 8
Records to be kept by employer
8 Records to be kept by employer
Every employer shall keep or cause to be kept a long service leave record in a
form approved by the Minister for a period of at least 6 years after the last
entry therein.
