authorities, duties and functions conferred and imposed on the Industrial
Relations Commission by or under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 in respect
of long service leave:
Provided that in the exercise and performance of such powers, authorities,
duties and functions, the Commission shall not in any award, whether made
before or after the commencement of this Act, insert any provisions relating
to long service leave for workers unless those provisions are more favourable
to the workers than the provisions of section 4 or are applicable to persons
who are not workers entitled to the long service leave provided by section 4.
