New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAn employer who intends to make any payment by way of a benefit under this Act to or in respect of an employee employed (or who was employed) in building and construction work (within the meaning of the Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986 ) must notify the Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Corporation of its intention before making the payment.
