29 Regulations

(1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act:

(a) varying or adding to any of the Schedules to this Act,

(b) exempting from the provisions of Part 3 any class of vendors or any class of instalment contracts,

(c) prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

The Schedules as varied or added to pursuant to any such regulations shall be the Schedules to this Act.

(1A) A regulation may be made so as to include in a notice or other document under this Act matter relating to any provision of or made for the purposes of section 52A of the Conveyancing Act 1919 .

(3) A regulation may apply differently according to such factors as may be specified in the regulation.
