New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe provisions of section 170 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 relating to the service of notices shall apply to Part 3, and for the purposes of such provisions the "last place of abode or business" of a trustee under a trust deed referred to in Part 3 or of a vendor by whom such a trustee has been appointed includes the address for service of notices on the trustee or vendor, as the case may be, specified in the trust deed.
