Proceedings for offences
26 Proceedings for offences
(1) Proceedings for an offence under this Act may be dealt with summarily
before the Local Court.
(2) No prosecution for an offence under this Act is
to be instituted except with the consent in writing of the Minister.
(3)
Proceedings for any offence under this Act may be instituted at any time
within a period of twelve months after the commission of the offence.
