LAND SALES ACT 1964 - SECT 24
Penalty
24 Penalty
Any:
(a) contravention of, or failure to comply with, a provision of this Act
or the regulations made under this Act, or
(b) failure to comply with a
covenant contained in a trust deed,
shall be an offence under this Act.
Any person guilty of an offence under this Act shall be liable to a penalty
not exceeding 10 penalty units or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding
six months or to both such penalty and imprisonment.
