19 Stipulations in instalment contracts for payment of trustees’ expenses by purchaser to be void

Any stipulation in an instalment contract shall be void to the extent that it would entitle the vendor to recover or obtain or seek to recover or obtain from the purchaser payment of the costs, charges and expenses of the trustee under a trust deed in performing the trustee’s powers, authorities, duties and functions under this Part, or any part of those costs, charges and expenses.
