4 Rules of court
(1) Rules of court not inconsistent with this Part may be made prescribing all
matters which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out
the objects and intentions of this Part.
(3) The power to make rules of court
conferred by this section may be exercised:
(b) in relation to proceedings in
the Local Court in its exercise of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act
2005 , by the Governor.
