LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1967 - SECT 5
Deputy Chairperson
5 Deputy Chairperson
(1) The Governor may appoint a commissioner to be Deputy Chairperson.
(2)
Subject to section 10 (2), the Deputy Chairperson shall during the absence,
illness or incapacity of the Chairperson or during any vacancy in the office
of the Chairperson have and may exercise the powers, authorities, duties and
functions conferred or imposed upon the Chairperson by this Act.
