(1) The Committee shall furnish a report to both Houses of Parliament as soon
as possible after the first 2 years after the commencement of this Act.
(2)
The report shall relate to the past and current activities of the Committee
(however constituted) and the past and current arrangements concerning its
operations.
(3) The report may include such recommendations respecting the
future activities of the Committee (however constituted) and arrangements as
it thinks appropriate.
