LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW APPLICATION ACT 2014 - SECT 48
Public Purpose Fund
(1) There is to be established a fund called the Public Purpose Fund.
(2) The
following amounts are to be paid to the credit of the Fund-- (a) interest
payable to the Law Society on account of the Public Purpose Fund under
sections 46, 47 and 50,
(b) such other amounts as are payable to the Fund by
or under this Act.
