Other means of publicising disciplinary action
153 Other means of publicising disciplinary action
(1) The NSW Commissioner
or a Council may publicise disciplinary action taken against a lawyer in any
manner the Commissioner or Council thinks fit.
(2) Nothing in this section
affects the provisions of this Part relating to the Register of Disciplinary
Action.
