Luna Park Site Act 1990 No 59. Assented to 28.9.1990. Date of commencement, Parts 2 and 3 and Sch 1 excepted, assent, sec 2 (1); date of commencement of Parts 2 and 3 and Sch 1, 12.10.1990, sec 2 (2) and GG No 125 of 12.10.1990, p 9021. This Act has been amended as follows:

1997 No 105 Luna Park Site Amendment Act 1997. Assented to 28.11.1997.
Date of commencement, 24.12.1997, sec 2 and GG No 159 of 24.12.1997, p 10353. The proclamation appointed 19.12.1997 as the date of commencement. Pursuant to section 23 (5) of the Interpretation Act 1987, the proclamation does not fail merely because it was not published in the Gazette until after the day appointed in the proclamation, but section 23 (5) provides, in that event, for the Act to commence on the day on which the proclamation was published in the Gazette.
