LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2004 - SECT 549
Appeal
549 Appeal
(1) A person may appeal to the Supreme Court against a decision
of the Commissioner or a Council under this Part to suspend or direct the
suspension of a local practising certificate.
(2) The Supreme Court may make
any order it considers appropriate on the appeal.
