LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2004 - SECT 33
Local lawyer is officer of Supreme Court
33 Local lawyer is officer of Supreme Court
(1) A person becomes an officer of the Supreme Court on being admitted as a
lawyer under this Act.
(2) A person ceases to be an officer of the Supreme
Court under subsection (1) if the person’s name is removed from the
local roll.
