LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2004 - SECT 31
Admission
(1) The Supreme Court may admit persons as lawyers in accordance with this
Part.
(2) The Supreme Court may admit an applicant as a lawyer if the
Admission Board advises the Court that the Board considers that the applicant:
(a) is eligible for admission, and
(b) is a fit and proper person to be
admitted.
(3) The advice of the Admission Board is to be given by means of a
compliance certificate in the form prescribed by the admission rules.
