95 Application to Civil and Administrative Tribunal
(1) If the owner of land
to whom a fencing notice has been given and Local Land Services are in dispute
with respect to fencing work required by the notice, either of them may apply
to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal to determine the matter.
(2) On
receiving an application under this section, the Tribunal must hear and
determine the application.
