LOCAL LAND SERVICES ACT 2013 - SECT 89

89 Application of Division

This Division does not apply to the following--

(a) the holder of a yearly lease,

(b) a lessee under a lease from the Crown (other than a yearly lease) if the lease has at the relevant date less than 5 years to run,

(c) a licensee under a licence from the Crown.
