42 Publication of State strategic plan
(1) As soon as practicable after a State strategic plan is approved by the
Minister, Local Land Services--
(a) is to cause the plan to be published in
such a manner as, in the opinion of Local Land Services, will make it readily
accessible to persons in the State, and
(b) is to arrange for a copy of the
plan to be placed on the Local Land Services website.
(2) The Minister may
make any other arrangements that the Minister considers necessary to ensure
that State strategic plans are readily accessible to the public.
