(b) the proceeds of any investment of
money in the Fund.
(2) There is to be paid from the Fund--
(a) all amounts
required to meet expenditure incurred by Local Land Services in the exercise
of its functions, and
(b) all amounts required to provide loans, grants,
subsidies and other financial assistance for the purposes of activities that
Local Land Services is authorised to fund by or under this Act.
