15 Memorandum of understanding
(1) Local Land Services may enter into a memorandum of understanding with a
Public Service agency in relation to the exercise of the functions of
Local Land Services, including the implementation of plans approved under Part
4.
(2) The memorandum of understanding may be amended, revoked or replaced
from time to time.
(3) The functions of Local Land Services must, as far as
practicable, be exercised in conformity with the memorandum of understanding.
However, a failure to comply with this subsection does not itself invalidate
anything done or omitted to be done by Local Land Services.
