Release of impounded stock117 Release of impounded stock
A person must not, without the authority of an impounding authority--
(a) release, or
(b) incite or assist any person to release,any animal impounded, or seized or detained in a region for the purpose of being impounded.
: Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
