LAKE ILLAWARRA AUTHORITY ACT 1987 - SECT 7

7 Staff of the Authority

(1) The Authority may:

(a) with the approval of the Minister, and

(b) on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Public Service Board,

arrange for the use of the services of any staff or facilities of a government department, administrative office or public authority.

(2) An officer of the Department of Land and Water Conservation nominated by the Director of that Department shall be the Executive Officer of the Authority.
