36A Annual report
(1) The Board shall, as soon as practicable but not later than 6 months after
the end of each financial year of the Board, prepare and submit to the
Minister a report on the operations of the Board during that financial year.
(2) The Board shall include in its report under this section particulars of
any transfers or sublettings of leases under this Act to persons other than
Islanders.
(3) The Minister shall lay the report, or cause it to be laid,
before both Houses of Parliament as soon as practicable after the receipt by
the Minister of the report.
