LORD HOWE ISLAND ACT 1953 - SECT 34
Lord Howe Island Account
34 Lord Howe Island Account
(1) There shall be established and kept in the Treasury an account in special
deposits account to be called the “Lord Howe Island Account”.
Subject to section 34A, there shall be paid to the credit of the Lord Howe
Island Account: (b) all moneys received by way of rent, licences, fees, dues
or charges prescribed by or under this Act or the regulations,
(c) all other
moneys received by the Board in the conduct of the affairs of the Island,
(d)
all other moneys paid into the Lord Howe Island Account under the authority of
this or any other Act.
(2) Subject to section 34A, there shall be paid out of
the Lord Howe Island Account: (b) all administrative and other expenses
incurred in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act or the
regulations,
(c) all payments authorised by this or any other Act to be paid
thereout.
