New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny provision in any other Act whereby a person acquiring title to land whether by devolution or otherwise, or the Registrar-General, Crown Solicitor, or other person registering or certifying title is protected against notice of any matter or fact or excused from the need to enquire into any matter or fact (including satisfaction of condition, exercise of power or want of authority) shall extend and be deemed to have always extended to a person acquiring title to any land or holding under this Act, or the Minister, in the course of registering any transfer, transmission or devolution of any land or holding under this Act, as the case may require.
