New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Island is hereby vested in the Crown freed and discharged from any estate of any person (other than any estate conferred by or arising out of any lease entered into between the Governor-General of the Commonwealth and the Governor of the State of New South Wales) and any reservation affecting the Island immediately before the commencement of this Act is hereby revoked.
