New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe trustees for the time being of the lands respectively described in the Third and Fourth Schedules to this Act shall have power to sell or mortgage the respective lands so described or any part thereof; but such lands shall not be sold or mortgaged without the consent in writing of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Sydney for the time being.
