7 Public Service Act not to apply to appointment of Commissioners

The provisions of the Public Service Act 1902 , and any Act amending that Act, shall not apply to or in respect of the appointment by the Governor of any Commissioner, and any Commissioner so appointed shall not, in his capacity as a Commissioner, be subject to the provisions of any such Act during his term of office.
