LOCAL GOVERNMENT (CITY OF SYDNEY BOUNDARIES) ACT 1967 - SECT 30

30 Audit

(1) The Commissioners may, pursuant to section two hundred and eleven of the Principal Act, appoint the Auditor-General to carry out the audit of the accounts of the Municipality of Northcott.

(2) The Auditor-General is hereby authorised to act as Auditor pursuant to subsection one of this section.

(3) The cost of the audit as certified by the Auditor-General shall be paid from the General Fund of the Council of the Municipality of Northcott.
