29 Grants by Council of the City of Sydney to transferee councils

The Council of the City of Sydney may pay moneys from any appropriate fund as grants to the Council of the Municipality of Leichhardt, Marrickville, Woollahra or Northcott in aid of conducting in the area of that council any undertaking for the physical, mental, cultural or social welfare of persons.
