LOCAL GOVERNMENT (CITY OF SYDNEY BOUNDARIES) ACT 1967 - SECT 1

1 Name of Act, construction and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government (City of Sydney Boundaries) Act 1967 .

(2) This Act shall be read and construed with the Principal Act.

(3) Except where otherwise in this Act provided, this Act shall commence upon the day upon which the assent of Her Majesty to this Act is signified.

(4) Parts 3 and 6 of this Act shall commence upon a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation, which day shall be not earlier than the day referred to in section ten of this Act.
