Board to fix date of commencement of premiums etc
17B Board to fix date of commencement of premiums etc
(1) The board may by resolution fix, either generally or in any particular
case, the date of commencement of the yearly period in respect of which
premiums and/or contributions shall be payable under this Act.
(2) Nothing in
subsection (1) applies to contributions payable under Part 3B or 3D.
