Non-application of Parts 2, 3 and 3B
15AM Non-application of Parts 2, 3 and 3B
Parts 2, 3 and 3B do not apply to or in respect of:
(a) a person to whom
section 15AN applies (not being a person whose application to be exempted from
coming under the provisions of this Part has been approved under section 15AN
(11)), or
(b) a contributor.
