LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND OTHER AUTHORITIES (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1927 - SECT 1
Name of Act
1 Name of Act
(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government and Other Authorities
(Superannuation) Act 1927 .
(2) In this Act the expression
"the Principal Act" means the Local Government Act 1919 .
(3) Unless the
context necessarily requires a different meaning, expressions defined in the
Principal Act shall bear the same meanings in this Act.
