Amendment of applications
87 Amendment of applications
(1) An applicant, at any time before the
application is determined, may make a minor amendment to the application and
may amend any matter accompanying the application.
(2) The making of a minor
amendment does not require the application to be further notified to anyone.
(3) For the purposes of section 105, the application is taken not to have been
made until the amendment is made.
