LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 740A
Ministerial committees
740A Ministerial committees
(1) The Minister may establish committees in
addition to those established by this Act.
(2) The functions of a committee
established under this section are to be as determined by the Minister.
(3)
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the constitution and
procedure of a committee established under this section.
