Special rates and charges not payable in relation to land provided with private water supply or sewerage
553A Special rates and charges not payable in relation to land provided with
private water supply or sewerage
(1) A special rate or charge is not payable
in relation to any land in respect of the supply of water, or the provision of
a sewerage service, by means of a scheme, during the period the scheme is
being operated, within the meaning of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006
.
