LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 490A
Acts of disorder490A Acts of disorder
For the purposes of this Chapter and the code of
conduct, a councillor commits an
"act of disorder" if the councillor, at a meeting of the council or a
committee of the council, does anything that is prescribed by the regulations
as an act of disorder for the purposes of this Chapter and the code of
conduct.
