Functions of Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal
489 Functions of Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal
(1) The
Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal has exclusive jurisdiction at
first instance to decide allegations of contraventions of Part 2 of this
Chapter.
(1A) Accordingly, proceedings at first instance to decide
allegations of contraventions of Part 2 of this Chapter may not be brought
before, or entertained by, any other tribunal or any court.
(2) The Pecuniary
Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal has such other functions as are conferred
or imposed on it by or under this Act or any other Act.
