Means of granting leases, licences and other estates
46A Means of granting leases, licences and other estates
(1) A plan of
management is to specify, in relation to the community land to which it
applies, any purposes for which a lease, licence or other estate may be
granted only by tender in accordance with Division 1 of Part 3.
(2) Nothing
in this section precludes a council from applying a tender process in respect
of the grant of any particular lease, licence or estate.
(3) A lease or
licence for a term exceeding 5 years may be granted only by tender in
accordance with Division 1 of Part 3, unless it is granted to a non-profit
organisation.
