438J Criteria to be considered by Minister
(1) The regulations may make
provision for or with respect to the criteria to be considered by the Minister
in suspending councils under this Part (
"suspension criteria" ).
(2) A council may be suspended under this Part only
after consideration of the suspension criteria.
